Information We Collect
- Full Name — Account registration
- Phone Number — OTP verification and ride notifications via Twilio
- Email Address — Account communication and transactional emails
- GPS Location (Precise & Background) — Ride dispatch, navigation, ETA, Maryland geofencing
- Ride History — Trip data including routes, fares, timestamps
- Payment Data — Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
- Device Data — IP address, device type, OS, browser
- Analytics Data — Usage patterns via Google Analytics (GA4)
- Crash Logs — Error reports for app stability
For Drivers additionally: Vehicle information, driver's license, background check results (via Checkr), insurance documentation.
