Our Position

BrighterConnect does not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

The personal data we collect is used solely to operate the BrighterConnect ride platform — connecting riders with drivers, processing payments, verifying identities, and maintaining safety.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data with service providers (Stripe, Twilio, Google Maps, Checkr, Firebase) only as necessary to provide our service. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the purposes we specify. This is not considered "selling" or "sharing" under California law (CCPA/CPRA).

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how people use our website. This data is anonymized and used for improving our service. You can opt out:

Since BrighterConnect does not sell or share personal information, there is no sale or sharing to opt out of.
